Patreon & Membership Creator Gateway

Own your subscribers. Own your data. Own your future.

A direct-to-fan business proved out at over a billion dollars in lifetime payouts. The proof is there. What is still missing is the layer that makes the subscriber list yours — portable across Patreon, Substack, Memberful, Beehiiv, or your own domain, with the data that lets you decide where to take it next.

Three pressures every member-funded creator hits

Subscriber growth is the easy part. Subscriber sovereignty is not.

Your subscriber list is theirs, not yours

Patreon lets you export a CSV; their terms still restrict what you can do with it. You have data access, not data sovereignty. The list that pays your rent lives behind someone else's door.

An impersonator account selling your name

A fake creator profile collects subscription fees, phishes your fans in the comments, or runs a crypto airdrop scam under your face. By the time you find it, the trust is already taxed.

Migrating platforms loses years of LTV

When Substack creators moved to Beehiiv last year, the ones who lost most were the ones without a portable subscriber list. Three thousand creators learned it the expensive way.

What ships with the gateway

Six pieces of infrastructure your membership business actually needs.

A sovereign subscriber record

Every paid subscriber is minted as a portable membership token. Encrypted at rest, signed by you, exportable on demand. The list moves when you do.

Audience data that earns for you

Lifetime value, churn signal, cohort health — all in a vault you own. Sponsors pay to query it through a metered interface. Your data, your meter, your terms.

Impersonator hunt across platforms

Continuous scan for accounts using your name or face on Patreon, Substack, Memberful, and Discord. Routine takedowns file automatically; the judgment calls land in your inbox.

Platform migration without the bleed

Move from Patreon to Memberful, Substack to Beehiiv, Ghost to your own domain — and keep the renewal stream. Migration escrow holds the handoff until the new platform is alive.

Tier pricing that compounds

First-thousand-paid-subscribers strategy, anchored on the playbook that produced one million a month on Patreon. Recurring revenue beats one big check, every time.

Sponsor pairings worth keeping

Match with sponsors who fit your audience for more than one campaign. Ad-load throttling protects the membership perks. Long-term partnerships, not single drops.

How it runs

From first import to platform-portable in four steps.

01
Bring the list

Import from Patreon, Substack, Memberful, Ghost, Beehiiv, Kajabi, Mighty, Circle, or Skool. Each subscriber is signed and minted into your sovereign vault.

02
Lock the name

Continuous impersonator scan across the major membership platforms and Discord. Routine fakes are filed automatically with a signed evidence trail.

03
Read the data

LTV, churn risk, tier-level cohort health — visible to you in a console that does not phone home to a platform.

04
Move when you want

Migration escrow handles the handoff. Renewals continue. Subscribers see continuity. You keep the relationship.

Platforms covered

Every membership platform a serious creator might land on.

Import paid subscribers, watch for impersonators, and stage a migration without losing the renewal stream. We are platform-neutral by design.

A note on the law

The gateway is built around the data rights creators already have. GDPR Article 20 gives every EU subscriber the right to their data in a portable format; Article 17 gives the right to erase it. The California CPRA mirrors both for California residents. Migration export and the right-to-be-forgotten burn are first-class operations in the gateway.

Running a roster on Patreon or Substack?

The studio tier covers up to a full agency's worth of creators with one console — bulk migrations, roster-wide impersonator scan, and per-creator audit trails ready to hand to legal.

Bring the list home.

Most creators have an imported subscriber list and a live impersonator scan inside an afternoon. Migrations finish in two weeks. Renewals stay on, throughout.
